Refund Policy

Customer experience and satisfaction is one of our foundational principles, so we look for opportunities to improve when things don't go as planned.

 

Refunds

We offer refunds for damaged or malfunctioning products only. 

If you are disappointed or unhappy with your purchase, please gather the following information and contact us immediately at sales@thedragonofthewest.shop to begin processing a refund.

  • Order number
  • If the issue is related to shipping damage, a photo of the box, with label clearly legible
  • If the issue is related to a damaged product, a photo of the damaged product with the shipping label or your invoice in the field of view and legible

 

Our refund policy expires 45 days after your online purchase, after which we cannot offer you a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Returns/Exchanges
Apologies, but we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. Please do not attempt to send us any products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
You will be refunded the amount paid, so if an item was on sale at the time of purchase, then you'll receive the sale refund.
